What Is The Paleo Diet?
The Paleo Diet is an effort to eat like a caveman. So, if a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither can you. This means anything we can find in the woods or streams like meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, seeds and nothing found in a box on the shelf.
My purpose of this site is to help others enter into the Paleo lifestyle with tips and products that will help you succeed.
There are a few companies who are producing Paleo Diet friendly products such as: protein powders, amino acids and protein bars which help you reach the daily value needed to make it through the day. I have included some of those products here for you to try as well. I also listed a couple Paleo diet books with really good recipes that even you can make!
